There are four levels of services to meet your needs.  For more information, please e-mail or call us at (813) 731-6060.  One hour initial consultation is free of charge.  It is very important that you get to know us; after all, you will be putting your dream in our hands!

Bronze:
We will get you organized, negotiate in your behalf, and handle all details prior to and on the day of the wedding.
This package is for people who are willing to do most of the preliminary vendor selection details on their own, but who want complete coverage the week prior to and on the day of the wedding. The following package provides for 20 hours of Consultants Services:
·        Together we will get you organized and on track. (2.0 hours)
·        We will create a “budget” or list of expenses for you. (2.0 hours)
·        We will recommend sites for your wedding/events based on your vision and budgetary requirements.
·        We will accompany you to one site of your choice to negotiate better pricing. (3.0 hours) including      port-to-port travel time.
·        You will receive a list of professional, seasoned vendors who are considered to be the best in their trade
·        Wrap up session with client, two weeks prior to the event, for the review of all contracted vendor times and specific duties. (2.0 hours)
·        Time-Line for the entire event, to be routed to bride and groom, and all contracted vendors (2.0 hours)
·        Phone calls to all vendors, confirming all final changes and receipt of time-line, as well as any last minutes instructions and changes, as needed. (2.0 hours)
·        Phone calls, within reason, to and from client, are included in this package at no additional charge.
·        Be there on the day of the event for up to (7.0 hours), including port-to-port travel time, coordinating all details in client’s behalf.

Silver:
This package is for people who want to do some of the vendor selection work, but prefer additional help and guidance in negotiations with several vendors as well as full service 9.0 hours coverage on the “day of” the wedding. Package reflects (27 hours), of which (2 hours) are complementary.
* Includes “Bronze package”! (20 hours)
* Coordinator will accompany you to two additional (2.5) hour meetings with the selected vendors of your choice, in order to negotiate pricing and special requests in your behalf. Includes port-to-port travel time.
(5.0 additional hours)
* Covers (2.0 additional hours) of consultant’s services, your choice, or wedding rehearsal
(2.0 hours) including port-to-port travel time.

Gold:
In addition all Services provided in The Bronze and Silver Packages, the following added services help us to do the job more completely.  Using this package gives you (38 hours) including port-to-port travel time, of which (3 hours), are complementary.  This package includes the original complementary (2.0 hours), from the Silver Package, plus (1.0 additional hour).
* Coordinator will accompany you to three (2.5 hour) additional meetings with the selected vendors of your choice; in order to negotiate pricing and special requests in your behalf; includes port-to-port travel time.
(5.0 additional hours)
* “Walk Through” of reception site and meeting with the site representative to finalize menu, floor plan, logistics and special details. (2.0 additional hours).
* Handling details for the rehearsal dinner or Post Wedding Brunch (3.0 hours). Client may utilize these additional hours in a variety of other ways, as they relate to the wedding.
* Complementary choice of graphic design creation for ceremony program or dinner menu
* One assistant to work on the day of the wedding

Platinum:
This stress-free service includes all of the above, plus allows us to “run with the ball” with any service that you choose not to.  The package is designed especially for those who do not have the time to deal with tedious details of planning their own affair or for someone from out of the area for up to (50 hours), including port-to-port travel time.  This includes (3 complementary hours) from Gold Package, plus (2 additional complementary hours), which total (5 complementary hours) of Consultant’s Services.
* You select the services you want us to handle, from the above menus, and we will do it all!
* We will choose the qualified vendors and site locations that meet your budgetary requirements and desires, and submit them to you for approval.
* Assist in selecting hotel accommodations, plane reservations, transportation and amenities, plus any other detail client may need us to handle in their behalf.
* Complementary choice of graphic design creation for ceremony program or dinner menu and place cards.
* Second assistant on the day of the wedding.

Additional Services
Any package, including the above mentioned, can be personally created with additional hours to handle the specific special needs of a client. There will be an additional charge  per hour for time expended over and above package price.
·       We will be delighted to give you “Unlimited hours of Consultant’s Services”, within reason, for your entire event. (Within reason refers to up to 100 hours of Services).  Pricing is based on first 70 hours, with the remaining hours at no charge.
